About
A thoughtful, root-cause approach to women’s health
My work is grounded in both conventional and functional medicine. I trained as a nurse midwife at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where I developed a strong foundation in women’s health and hormone physiology. I later became a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine, expanding my approach to focus on root-cause care, systems biology, and personalized treatment.
In addition, I am certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University, which informs my understanding of the mind-body connection, emotional health, and the deeper layers of healing.
My Approach
I take a comprehensive, individualized approach to care—looking beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your health. This often includes exploring hormonal patterns, metabolism, gut health, stress, and lifestyle factors that influence how you feel day to day.
I believe that perimenopause is not just a hormonal transition, but a whole-body shift that deserves attention, education, and support. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and guide you through it with a plan that is both effective and sustainable.
What It’s Like to Work Together
My care is collaborative and relationship-based. I take time to listen, connect the dots, and create a clear path forward. Rather than quick fixes, we focus on thoughtful, step-by-step changes that support your body over time.
Whether we are addressing sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, or hormonal symptoms, the goal is the same: to help you feel more like yourself again.
